        The Disabled People’s Contact

We are run by a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, and supported by funding from Greenwich and Lewisham Councils.

We run two minibuses for transportation of members. Members are collected and returned home in one of these minibuses wherever necessary, and all buses are equipped with tail lifts to make them wheelchair accessible.

Monday Club

6.30pm - 8.30pm, Mondays

Monday club is a club for people with learning difficulties, and we welcome members with a wide range of abilities to come and share with us. We meet on Monday evenings, 6.30pm - 8.30 pm and have lots of different activities.

Some of our Monday Club are keen bus enthusiasts so we have been illustrating all sorts of transport! Look at Paul's beautifully drawn Stagecoach bus.

Members enjoy painting, drawing, colouring, cooking, as well as playing games, doing puzzles and playing pool. We have a chance to go shopping in the charity shop, and to chat and catch up with friends.
