Updates about the life of the church
New Windows
We are finally getting our new double-glazed windows in the church! If you walk past the church at the moment it is shrouded with green net coverd scaffolding, but hopefully in July it will emerge from that with shiny new windows and new crosses that will light up!

Easter Service
This year we had two baptisms on Easter Sunday. Each family came with lots of friends which meant that the church was absolutely packed out!
It was wonderful to worship with so many people and was a true celebration of the risen Christ!
Women's Fellowship Flower Arranging
The women's Fellowship have been organising some Saturday afternoon events where they have been learning different life skills and hearing speakers on some useful topics. So far talks have included one from a doctor on health issues and one by a local author and publisher on writing a book. They have also learnt flower arranging, and have plans to learn baking, sewing and knitting in the future. Keep an eye on the church events page to see what is coming up next.

Theodora and Veronica show off their displays.
All our flower arrangers!
Big thank you's to Isaac, Vanessa and Don who have led the first sessions.
Church Carol Service
This year our theme was Angels, so we looked at the message of Christmas from the Angels perspective and challenged everyone to go out from the service with "Good news for all people".
The church was decorated to look as if we were sat amongst the stars with the angels, watching the nativity story unfold on earth.
There were angels, wise men...
...and shepherds in our nativity play!
Our Nativity story was narrated by Angel David 7623...
We challenge you all to go out as angels and be
messengers of God's good news.
